Summary

As the full-time creative lead at Skynet Media, I collaborated closely with the management team, event managers, copywriters, sales teams, and marketers to develop a wide range of branded assets. My role encompassed both hands-on design and guiding the creative process to ensure consistency across all channels.

Key contributions included:

  1. Event Branding & Marketing Assets: Designed posters, flyers, brochures, and digital campaigns for high-profile venues and organizations, including Cipriani, 1OAK, Blind Dragon, Mahiki London, Gotham Hall, The Gray Hotel, Marquee, Vandal, Ziegfeld, Ainsworth, and Bounce Club.

  2. Digital Content: Produced social media visuals, newsletters, and video promotion assets tailored to diverse event audiences, maximizing engagement and ticket sales.

  3. Merchandise & Collateral: Created event merchandise and collateral that reinforced brand visibility and delivered a polished guest experience.

  4. Investor & Partnership Decks: Designed a high-impact investment deck that successfully secured new event partners for the company in 2019.

  5. Creative Direction: Oversaw the creative workflow and provided direction to ensure brand alignment across digital platforms, print materials, and event campaigns.


Goal

The goal of this role was to strengthen Skynet Media’s position as a leader in holiday and nightlife event production by delivering cohesive, engaging, and sales-driven design. Through the creation of event branding, marketing assets, and promotional content, the objective was to increase ticket sales, attract strategic partners, and communicate the company’s vision in a way that resonated with both audiences and stakeholders.


Client

With over 15 years of experience, Skynet Media is the largest producer, marketer, and ticketing company for Halloween and New Year’s Eve events in the United States. Through its portfolio of leading holiday marketing websites — including Joonbug.com, Lindypromo.com, Barcrawls.com, Newyears.com, Cravetickets.com, Downtowncountdown.net, Timessquarenewyears.com, and Newyearsevecentral.com — the company manages a wide range of events nationwide. Skynet Media operates offices in New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and London, serving as a central player in nightlife and holiday event culture.
